Q:Do you handle both residential and commercial properties?
Yes! We provide full-service painting for residential homes (interior & exterior) as well as commercial offices, retail centers, chiropractic offices, and facilities with flexible night or weekend hours.
Q:What is included in surface preparation before painting begins?
We never skip prep. Depending on the job, prep includes pressure washing exterior walls, scraping loose paint, patching drywall and plaster, sanding rough spots, removing popcorn ceilings or wallpaper, and applying stain-blocking primers.
Q:Do home or business owners need to clear the area before painters arrive?
We ask that you remove fragile items, decor, and small electronics. However, you do NOT need to do heavy lifting alone; Quality Painters assists in moving large furniture to the center and covering everything in heavy-duty drop cloths.
Q:Are the paints used safe for indoor environments with pets and children?
Yes, health and safety are top priorities. We utilize low-VOC and zero-VOC paint formulations for interior projects whenever possible, keeping indoor air breathable without lingering harsh chemical odors.
Q:How are project schedules handled during bad weather for outdoor jobs?
We monitor local forecasts daily. If rain delays outdoor work, we pause operations immediately, cover exposed surfaces with waterproof tarps, and keep you updated on revised completion dates.
Q:What happens if minor touch-ups are needed after the job is completed?
We conduct a final walkthrough with you. Furthermore, interior projects carry a 12-month warranty, and exterior projects include a free 2-month touch-up service to fix any minor settling imperfections.
